It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping info is correct before submitting a final order.
Eryn Amel is not responsible for packages that are undelivered or misdelivered, provided that the shipping address is correct on the order invoice.
Returned packages will be refunded or can be re shipped for the reshipping fee of $5, paid by the customer.
Packages that are returned to headquarters due to incorrect shipping address will incur the reshipping fee of $5 USD, payable to $ErynAmel through CashApp or email@example.com through PayPal.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for customers who place more than one order in one day. Orders will ship together.
Eryn Amel is not responsible for shipping delays.
What do I need to know before ordering?
Please keep in mind that this business is solely run by one person. Orders are shipped in the order that they are received & based on inventory.
All sales are final. Exchanges or store credit are strongly encouraged.
All T-Shirts are heat-pressed and made to order. Boutique Apparel (e.g. dresses, jumpsuits) are available on a limited-basis.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for orders to be processed, printed, and shipped. All shipments receive tracking-numbers and are mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once orders are shipped and tracking numbers are issued via email Eryn Amel shopee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages ( including labels not scanned by USPS)
Why does shipping take so long?
Shipping depends on inventory, as all items are printed to order. Some orders will take less than the 4-6 week time frame. However, please allow sufficient time for orders to be processed, packaged, and shipped if necessary. Eryn Amel Shoppe is a small business venture, run by a stay-at-home Mompreneur. Therefore, your flexibility and support is greatly appreciated!
What if I need my order sooner?
Email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask about rush orders. Please place "RUSH ORDER" in the subject line of the email. Additional fees will apply. Rush orders are not guaranteed, but I will do my best to accommodate clients with time-sensitive requests.
How may I check the status of my order?
Please ONLY inquire about the status of your order if four (4) weeks or more has passed since your order was placed. Email Eryn directly at email@example.com anytime! No question is too small. Please allow two (2) business days for a response to your inquiry.
*A business day is considered every official working day of the week: Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays.
